Focusing on the resolution of the main obstacles tropical climate as well as the limited size of the property, this project comes from the hand of the architects Pencil Office. A multi-story structure located in the industrial area of Singapore, China. (Mon, 02 Apr 2012).
The building tower designed as a double-storey block 4 block is visually defined by a slight skin galvanized metal which is wrapped around from the front, top and rear facade. The subtle change of density in the lattice pattern creates the illusion of being a much more high, causing loss of sight vertically into the sky.
Covered in titanium dioxide, the screen has the ability to self-cleaned and help substantially reduce the concentrations of the pollutants in the air in the area. The compounds present in the facade, walls and aluminum windows added to the concrete construction allow the building to be fully recyclable when the leasehold expires, expected in 33 years.

Le Corbusier, Charles Edward Jeanneret, is probably the most complete paradigm of the “expert of modern architecture.”
This is due to the strength of its production and above all, to the permanent action as a propagandist and broadcaster of its principles.
At the same time, the emphasis put on all his proposals have become one of the fathers of the modern movement in which he undoubtedly exercised an influence on his contemporaries and for generations of architects that have been happening.
